We get always e-mails with following content while the exchange store scanning is active:
PureMessage store scanning has encountered an application error and needs urgent attention.
Details: Unknown error
And the Windows Event Viewer has following entries:
PureMessage store scanning has encountered an application error (details: 'Unknown error')
Our system:
Virtual Windows 2012 Server with Exchange 2013 CU2
Wath can we do? Can anybody help us?
