My System is
Astaro
Model: ASG220
Firmware version: 9.106-16
Pattern version: 51005
Authentication Mode: SSO
Joined Domain: YES
Domain Controller: Windows Server 2008
I have problem that user could not go to internet it keeps showning Authentication failed.
Check in the log found below message
I have restart Device , Restart Client as well as Restart Domain Controller.
Also disjoin the domain also delete computer object before rejoin.
The Problem sitll there.
Now the Basic User Authentication is enabled
Also follow http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/115698.aspx with no luck.
Is there anyway to fix this?
