Web Page formatting with WebAppliance filtering on

Hi,

I am new to Sophos and i am in the process of setting up the Web Appliance before i move on to the remaining software.

Mostly its gone well, however i have come across a problem that seems to affect 1 site that i can see, but im sure theres more, but the one site is important for our company.

If users who have their access via proxy through the web appliance goto https://www.yammer.com they see the page formatted completely wrong, as if it cant load its CSS styles, its all text down the left of the screen with no formatting.

Originally i had this problem on lots of sites, then i managed to get the Sophos web appliance certificate installed on users computers and now this is the only site i can see this problem on.

I have looked through the forums and cant find a answer, the certificate installation helped a lot with most other https sites.

    I have now fixed the problem and learnt something that i didnt think of.

    The problem was that the web site falled into a cleared category, but the page was linking to sub-domains that were blocked as Chat sites, so it wasnt loading all the page.

    I have added the sub domain to the local site list and all works well now.
