Web Appliance Custom Reports

Hi all,

I am using Sophos Web Appliance.

It is possible to generate custom reports? ie. Unique users (daily / monthly) , average user browser time, ecc ecc?

Hi Danielle,
The only custom reporting you can do is using the Reporting Groups and Report Scheduler under Reporting > Options (in the sidebar). You can find more information about that in the help located here:

Hi Danielle,
The reporting data is not held in a standard SQL DB, it's a custom system on the backend. Access to this system is not available.
