Quarantine an email with specific word in SUBJECT only

Hi,

Anyone know how to quarantine an email with a specific word in the subject only? The default is subject + body

I've called Sophos support and they have escalated it but it is urgent

I am using the Sophos Email Gateway Virtual Appliance so your steps didn't apply to me.

I got the answer from Sophos in the end.
