Allow - Google Apps

Log into UI

Configuration / Group Policy / Local Site List

Add Sites

> Click Enter Multiple Sites

Add the following Sites:

google.com

googleapis.com

gstatic.com

googleusercontent.com

Click on override the risk class

selecte trusted

Click Save

this will add all 4 sites and enable all of Google Apps such as drop box and stuff

    Google Apps is not blocked by default with the web appliance, so trusting it's domians is not recommend unless there is a specific reason to do so.  If it is being blocked, then it would be a different part of your policy doing the blocking and that should be looked at first before doing the steps you have outlined in your post.
