AD group based policy versus IP address based policy

Hi Everyone,

My first post here...

Our SWA is bound to our AD. I have a bunch of Additional Policies setup that apply to AD groups in our organistation. This is working well.

I have created another Additional Policy based on an IP address range. I have placed this policy at the lowest priority in the Additional Policies page. The problem I'm having is that this IP address range based additional policy is taking precedence over the AD group based policies.

For example, we have an Additional Policy with the Domain Admin AD group specified. This policy is at priority 1. The IP address based policy also includes the IP address of my PC and this policy is blocking my access to the Internet.

Any thoughts on this problem?

Thanks,

Mark
