Proxy authentication Required

Hello,

I am having a problem activating some software through the proxy. I have added both the site and the IP address to the site list but it is still getting blocked. If I do a test from the console it comes back fine, however when I try the the activation it fails. I did a capture on one of the machines using Wireshark and it comes back with a 407 Proxy Authentication Required. I know its a proxy problem because if I remove the proxy settings the software will activate fine. I have also added a connection profile as well and told the policy to allow authentication and that still does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have attached the capture from Wireshark as well.

    Hi Gavin,

    If you have created a connection profile and an authnication profile but still are getting a 407 redirect for authenication, then those profiles are most likely not setup correct for this traffic.

    I would recommend contacting support and they can help you troubleshoot further with the detailed logs they have access to on the backend.
