I hope this is the right place to post this. If it is not a point in the right direction would be most appreciated.
I have 2 ES1100 in service. once in a while I will get a complaint from a user that an attachment was removed. EX: "Potentially dangerous attachments were identified and removed from this message." Is there a way to have the appliance report the names of the attachments that it has blocked? I know how to find the email and release it from quarantine, but I am unsure how to edit/change the attachment blocking. Any info is greatly appreciated.
