Facebook Doesn't Fully Load

We block Facebook for most users, but it's permitted to some. For the users that are able to use Facebook, it's not fully loading. The pop-up is stating that a website has been blocked, when I have it set and the policy test states that Facebook is allowed. Am I missing something?

Also, when using Facebook strictly over HTTPS, the page doesn't load all elements. This also seems to be caused by out Web Appliance. Any help here would also be appreciated..

    I'm adding a pic of what it looks like. I have verified that this only happens when Secure Browsing is turned on in Facebook.

    Hi BigAP,

    Facebook loads content from other domains, so if you've just allowed facebook.com that may not be enough.  For example, a common domain that also needs to be allowed is fbcdn.net


    A good way to check is to visit the site and then use the 'Search > By User' facility on the SWA.  You can see what URLs have recently been blocked for your user, and allow them as appropriate.
