Our Exchange 2010 SP3 queues keep building up with the event below.
When we disable the transport scan, mail flows again.
Also much delays in On-access (database) scan, so reading mail cause complaining users.
Removing or disabling PureMessage resolves this problem.
Any suggestions?

Event 1050 event:
The execution time of agent 'PmE12Transport' exceeded 90000 milliseconds while handling event 'OnRoutedMessage' for message with InternetMessageId: 'Not Available'. This is an unusual amount of time for an agent to process a single event. However, Transport will continue processing this message.
