Manually Send Seucre Email

Is there a way that an Outlook user can force an email to be sent securely?  For example, if they are sending names and birthdates and want to ensure that the email is secured, can they force it?

    There is also anonther way to securely encrypt messages, you can use the data control rules in the email appliance as well to detect personnal information or financial information.  These other rules may not be as simple as just using the confidential flag or perhaps a keyword for detecting whether a message should or should not be encrypted.
