Puremessge blocking low spam score

Hi,

Pure message is blocking an email with a spam score of 75.

Our settings say to mark emails as Suspected Spam when they have a score of 85-90, Spam 90-100.

We have added the full email address and the *domainname.com to the allowed senders list and its STILL blocking incoming emails to all users!

Any suggestions please?

    Please contact our support team with the support request and message_log information.  Is the reason that the message is being blocked due to the reason of Spam?  Perhaps there is another policy action or criteria in the message that may have triggered the block.
