We have the Sophos email add-in installed on all our clients. Majority are Outlook 2010. Have 100 or so 2013.
Problem we are seeing is when Outlook is opened, the Report As Spam button in not active on the ribbbon.
It will stay that way until you open an email.
As soon as you open an email, the button on the ribbon inside the email is active. If you look at the button on the mailbox view behind, it is still inactive. As soon as you close the email, the button in the mailbox view becomes active. It will then stay that way until you close and reopen Outlook. (On 2010 and 2013 clients)
Anyone ever experience this?
