Encrypt Outbound Messages Based on Recipient e-mail address

Would like to all outbound messages to recipient based on e-mail address.  Not sure how to create the policy.

    Hello,

    You can setup an outbound policy rule using either a watch list or message attributes.  You then follow through the policy wizard until you are in the select users tab.  From there you can either use an existing group or setup a custom group of addresses.  Once you have your list of users/addresses the action you will want to select is "encrypt message with spx" and choose the template.  Proceed to completing the policy rule and be sure to activate it.
