Hi All,

Can someone help me on the Pure Message basic Requirements before installing the Pure message in Windows.

Can we install Pure message without a database?I mean is it based on the mail traffic, If its a small network, can we go without a database?
I know its a silly doubt...:-)

Hi Sandy, I can appreciate your help on this. But i have an doubt on this,
1) SQL is must? for this Pure Message installation.Can i run install the Pure Message Without SQL?
I have gone through the docs. But still this doubt is keep on poking me :-)

Hello yans,
a Microsoft SQL database is required. If there is no local instance PureMessage will automatically install SQL Server 2008 Express (unless your server is an EBS).
