Replies to emails getting marked as spam

I have a lot of problems with pure message and some users sending emails to customers.

The customers then reply to the sent email to accept a quote or job and pure message marks the reply as spam and puts it in the quarantine.

the email only contains the original mail sent and a few sentances added buy the customer and replied?

why would it then scor it above 70 and junk it??
