Website classifications

Hi,

Just wondering on how we can obtain information on why a particular website was classified as it is

webiste in mind is http://au.tixdaq.com

The web appliance has it in the category 'Phishing & Fraud'

I have looked at the webiste on a none sophos machine seperate from the production network and it all looks above board, but i'm guessing it wasn't classified that for no reason at all.

So that leads to the reason for the question - is there some way we can see the reports?

Please advise if I should have put this in another area/topic, as I was unsure - the question relates to the Web appliance, but its more relating to categories.

    I have had some good success at receiving this information by e-mailing/calling my account rep and having them make the request for details.

    We had our city's website blocked for viruses.  Being a good community steward, we requested the info and then forwarded it the city... and in the process gave Sophos a chance to talk with them about security opportunities. :smileyhappy:
