I have a rather strange problem on our system where occassionally external people try send attachments (.docs and .pdfs are the ones I have been made aware of so far) to people in our organizational unit and they get a NDR saying that the users mailbox size has been reached or the attachement size it too large. We do have a send/recieve limit on our system however the person who reported this problem yesterday they have had their limit increased way past the limit of the file size they are trying to recieve. Other large attachments come in fine as do any other e-mails from that same external user. It has also happened to one other user that I am aware of currently but I just wondered if there was anything you could suggest to check to rectify this issue.
