Sophos Outlook Add-in Keeps Becoming Disabled or Inactive.

Has anyone been experiencing the Sophos Outlook Add-in periodically disabling itself?

It doesn't happen all the time and not all the PCs - so far.  Given enough time I am sure that would change.  But I will get a call from some of our users from time to time saying their Encrypt button is missing, etc.

So when I check their PC and go into Outlook 2013 and check their Sophos Outlook Add-in I will notice one of two things: Either the Sophos Outlook Add-in has become inactive or it will have become disabled.

We are on Sohpos Outlook Add-in version 1.1.1

Any ideas?

    Finally got a chance to look at the Event Viewer on a PC that recently disabled the Outlook Add-in.  It showed an event viewer stating the Sophos Outlook Add-in caused Outlook to load slowly and has been disabled.  I changed the Add-in to "Always enable" on this PC.  So I will have to do this on the other PCs as this happens from this point forward.

    These are new, fast PCs.  So not sure why it (Sophos Outlook Add-in) would cause Outlook to load slowly.  Issue with Outlook or issue with the Add-in?  Not sure.

    Anyway, hope it helps someone else.
