Puremessage - Help with an exception needed - Please!

Can anyone please help with this. SOFTWARE: We have Exchange 2003 and PureMessage 3.0 PROBLEM: We want to quarantine/block many types of restricted attachments for all recipients. However we wish to accept office documents with macros from one sender only, ideally to only a couple of recipients. It appears the the only exceptions I can make are to allow all restricted attachments through to the selected recipients. (TRANSLATION): One supplier regularly sends details of products in a spreadsheet containing macros. We want to allow these through to our buyer but don't want to allow any other restricted attachments through, nor would we like to let through mcros from other senders. If I set up a new email account for this supplier to send to, I can't work out how to set up an exception which will allow macros but still block other content. Any ideas?

  • Hi

At the moment the functionality you've specified is not available in the product.

It is however, something that has been requested to be included the product, so is currently logged as an inclusion in a future version of Puremessage.

    Thanks
