PureMessage (Windows) delete messages via commandline?

Is there a way to delete items in Quarantine via commandline? I have to delete items in Quarantine after review, and doing a keyword search to group messages is a pain in the rear. If there is a commandline option I can run to delete certain messages (like everything marked as Spam), this would make going through 20000 junk mails a lot easier.

Hi David,
If they are all marked as spam then check the spam score, is it viable to lower the upper spam score limit so they do not go into the quarantine?
