Puremessage quarantine digest email stopped

I have Puremessage 3.1.0.0 on a Windows 2008 Server and Exchange 2007.

Recently, users stopped recieving the quarantine digest email.  It is currently set to send daily at 8am.  There are items in quarantine, and other mail seems unaffected.  No other changes as far as I can tell.

Any ideas?
