Hi. Normally, after users receive the quarantine digest, they can login to the quarantine manager and choose to release a quarantined message. But recently, after selecting the desired blocked message and clicking 'Deliver Message', the message never arrives in the user's inbox.
I'm new to Puremessage, so I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting. I have puremessage installed on CentOS.
