We have PMX 6 running for about a month, but reporting is somehow 'stuck' and we see in the list only mails about 20 days old, and not the 'fresh' ones..
Is there something that we have to check ?
Furthermore, when we try to request a password for the users in order to connect to the End User Web Interface,
we never get to receive an e-mail.. Is there a way to reconfigure the email in the puremessage in order to solve this issue ?
