corel videostudio x10 downloader

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe das Problem, das der Downloader des corel videostudio x10 keine Internetverbindung anzeigt.

Folgende Einstellungen habe ich schon versucht.

1. Authentifizierung am Active Directory für den Rechner entfernt (Verbindungsprofil)

2. Additional policy für den Benutzer erstellt mit Erlaubnis für alles

3. Laut Systlog gibt es keine Sperre

4. Wireshark zeigt auch keine Fehler.

Ich bin nun mit meinen Latein am Ende und hoffe, das ich hier noch einige Vorschläge bekommen kann.

    1408 = Blocked ‘Range’ requests

     

    You will need to create a local site list entry for the offending domain videostudiopro.com and change the risk class to "trusted"

     

    the rsn=1408 means that the application is attempting to download chunks of bytes .. this activity is blocked by the appliance by default to prevent people from downloading viruss or malware 1 byte at a time. 

     

    Setting the site to trusted will disable scanning on that site, this will allow the updater to download the update via byte range requests.
