Clients can't stay logged in after switch to WAF

I've been running an exchange server for a year, perfectly, no problems.  This weekend, we put it behind Sophos UTM Web Firewall.

Now, my iPhone client is demanding to login every 5 minutes or so.  After it goes to sleep, then wakes up, I have to reenter all credentials.

The error is: We are having trouble accessing your account.  Please log in again.

 

This problem only occurs when going through WAF.  When I have Exchange direct to the Internet, everyone logs in fine and stay logged in for the past 12 months.

I''ll supply more info, but please, where should I start?  This has consumed my ENTIRE weekend.
