Problems Using WAF to protect sites hosted on Goddady or Mochahost

Hy, i want to know if somebody have the same problem.
We have several sites hosted on goddady and mochahost, we point www to our utm , and we configure the ip of the real web server .
But we receive 503 ,in the log i found this:
Connection timed out: AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to
So i think that may be the problem is some rules in the hosting side.

Any other have this issue?

Tks

  • I haven't tried this in a production environment or with either of those two hosting services.  I have successfully done this with a UTM with an Oklahoma Cox Communications public IP providing web server protection for both HTTP and HTTPS for our website hosted at Bluehost in Utah.

Start by trying with no Firewall Profile selected.  If you still get the same error, then I believe your only recourse is with the hosting service.
