Different virtual domain names to same HTTP server

I am attempting to setup sophos web server security in front of windows IIS.  

I have two virtual domains:

 host1.domain.com
 host2.domain.com

I setup a real web server to represent IIS and set it to receive HTTPS queries.  I also exported the wildcard certificate from this server and imported it into Sophos UTM.

I then setup two virtual servers:  One for host1.domain.com and another for host2.domain.com.   I selected https&redirect, my wildcard certificate, and then specified the host1. and host2. for each, seperatatly.

THe problem is, both host1.domain.com and host2.domain.com get served the same web page by IIS.  It's like IIS can't distinguish between the two virtual domains.   (works find with regular DNAT).

Any suggestions?
