WebSockets and WAF

Hi

I logged a feature request about a year and a half ago : websocket support for WAF.

It's been promised in a couple of releases, and apparently the capability is there in newer versions of Apache (than what is running on the UTM in 9.3).

Is it still being investigated? When will this feature be added?

    This is a user-to-user forum, so you won't get an answer from Sophos or an authorized employee here.  I'm not certain where you got these promises from.  Best you can do is to keep an eye on the request.  If the status changes to Under Review, it is being considered for inclusion and if changed to Planned, it has been approved for inclusion.  Other than that, if you have a paid license, you can discuss with your sales rep/reseller to approach this from the sales side of things.
