where and how can i add my rbls list for checking clients with bad reputation?

Does it work to add them from the command line?

The directions in this post are for removing and re-adding one of the (formerly?) standard RBLs. Slight modifications may get you what you want.

you can add rbl's from the webadmin. smtp-antispam look there. I have barracuda's barbell added there.
