WAF Publshing SharePoint

Has anyone some experience with publishing sharepoint 2010.

1. authenticaton succesful
and
2. HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

Hi Andrew

currently I have no Authentication:
Reverse Authentication: No Profile

At SharePoint I can log in from outside, where can I setup passthrough NTLM .

Should be UTM joined to the domain?
