Multiple Webserver

Did you try something like this mapping in site-path-routing:

/owncloud -> real-owncloud-server
/freenas -> real-freenas-server
and so on.

I think the virtual webserver sends the path to the real server (at leat in 9.2)

I did this:







it work at the root.



I change the Site Path Routing to /owncloud it don't work anymore.

at http://itv.rotarynorge.com/owncloud i get

No Such Resource

File not found.


at http://itv.rotarynorge.com/owncloud/ i get

Not Found

The requested URL /owncloud/ was not found on this server.

Hm - ok. What's the URL to access the owncloud server from lan? Do you need to append /owncloud to the hostname or does it react on the plain hostname?

It is crucial to understand that waf forwards the requested path from the virtual server to the real server - there is no 'path-rewriting'.

So if you can access the owncloudservice on your real webserver from a lan workstation with the url http://server1/owncloud then you can make it accessible from the outside with http://myhost.myextdomain.com/owncloud.

The servers is react on ip and nothing more
my owncloud is like the pic 192.168.0.201 and accessed at root, no sub dir.
and all the sites at LAN is this way.

If all real servers react just on the root path then you can't use site-path routing in this way. You may try to use different virtual servers or maybe a SAN certificate and route the different hostnames within the SAN cert.
