has anyone already developed a custom authentication form for Exchange 2013 OWA (like this one: Forefront TMG Forms Based Authentication Template for Exchange 2013 OWA - Forefront TMG Reporting) to be used with webserver protection? If you have, would you mind sharing it with the board so that we don't have to develop it all over again?
