New WAF KB articles

Hi,

there are three new knowledgebase articles available regarding the Web Application Firewall, see Sophos UTM Web Application Firewall.

The first covers the Microsoft Exchange services: Outlook Web Access, ActiveSync and Outlook Anywhere (Configuring UTM firewall for Exchange.pdf).

The second is about the Microsoft Lync Web Services (Configuring UTM firewall for Lync connectivity.pdf).

And the third addresses the Microsoft Remote Desktop Gateway (Configuring UTM firewall for Remote Desktop.pdf).

There is also still an error in the Howto for v9.1:
How to configure the UTM firewall for Microsoft Exchange connectivity v9.1 (PDF)

Exchange ActiveSync, step 20 (page 16 and picture on page 17):
The trailing slash is wrong.
The exception for URL Hardening must be configured for the paths
- '/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync*' and
- '/microsoft-server-activesync*'
