Pass Outlook Anywhere: enabled
Cookie signing: disabled
URL Hardening: disabled
Form Hardening: disabled
Antivirus scanning: disabled
Block clients with bad reputation: disabled

The mentioned knowledgebase article seems to be deleted, can someone post a working link to it? I need to configure WAF for Outlook Anywhere with Exchange 2010, and I need a suitable guideline or manual. Hope someone can help.

Take a look at the attached screenshots from my configuration for Exchange 2010 on the UTM 9.1.  The additional entries are for autodiscovery, if you need that, too.
