sub domain

hi guys!
we had a domain for web SRV now we bought a new domain and we want that the external client when type the www.+++.com and www.$$$.com connect to the one SRV but this is not work my internal client have not problem but my external only access to the www.+++.com for Ex. please help me

    It's not clear whether you have listed just the domain; the complete FQDN is required.  Was that your issue?
