Hi Khoa and welcome to the UTM Community!
As Louis says, this is available now. When this thread was started, WAF was less than a year old.

I was trying to do exactly as this threat say
Make this URL from a virtual server
http://myserver/ (Notice: Root server)
redirect to this path : http://masterserver/myserver1/ (Notice: Sub-folder of a Real Webserver)
* I'm not able to do it by using "Site Path Routing", because I can only map to the root folder of a real webserver. Not to a sub-folder of a real webservers
* I'm not able to do it by using "Request Redirection" for / (root) folder because it doesn't redirect / folder
I'm running on version 9.601-5. Please help!
Please show pictures of the Edits of your Virtual Server, the related Site-Path Route and of the non-working Request Redirection.

I have the same issue, UTM 9.
Recently installed a new webserver
mysite.abc.org
but need it to redirect to mysite.abc.org/sitename
I have virtual and real webservers setup, if I manually type the address in I can access the site. However the Request Redirection did nothing, and I tried to manually modify the Site Path Routing to include the post / sitename, but the site then errors out.
I too would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Man, you are the king of obfuscation! LOL! But, you left enough for us to see that you have "/helpspot" in the 'Source' 'Path' of your Request Redirection instead of just "/". Does it work once you've made that change?

Ha! I actually couldn't remember what most had done when posting internal images to this site, so I figured if you need something unblocked I could do that rather than leave something out there. I appreciate your humorous take!!
I made the change you suggested and get the following:
Redirection cannot be enabled because the source path is already used by the site path route '/ (10)'.
