I need block all the streaming media (i mean, websites with videos, radios, tv shows, etc), but i need allow specific youtube and vimeo videos.

Ok. But which would be the standard way to allow only specific youtube or another video plataform like vimeo, and keep block ANY other streaming services like Radios, embeded videos or things like that?

I don't think this is possible with Application Control.  In Web Filtering, you can block all of the audio and video mime types and then create an Exception for the specific ones you wish to allow.

Delete the Application Control rules - that's not what you want.

In the Web Filtering Policy, look on the 'Advanced' tab for the place to block MIME types.  Then you can make an Exception for the URLs you want to allow.
