Uncategorized Website Block Fails

In the Default content filter action, Nudity has been set to block and Uncategorized websites has been set to block, but when testing the filter with playboy.com, the result is Allowed. (Please see attached.)

Please advise how to block nudity and uncategorized websites.

    Well, you have a failure in categorization, a system with a serious problem.

    There are three categorization systems:
    CFFS cloud lookups, default on all systems
    CFF local database, manually configured on command line, not officially supported
    SXL cloud lookups, when you have Endpoint Web Control turned on

    Please let us know which you are using.  Does your UTM have a working internet connection to the outside world?


    Note:  You probably don't want to block Categorization Failed because that would block any and all internet access.  However this can be done.  Go to Filtering Options \ Categories and create a new Filter Category than includes Categorization Failed.
