New feature - HTTPS proxy support. Edge now autodirects to HTTPS , hence UTM can no longer serve wpad.dat to Windows Applications.

Edge has now enabled a new feature "automatic http to https redirection", yes it can be disabled, but other browsers are now following.

Issue:
Windows applications that utilise the system proxy, are unable to load a proxy autoconfig file from a http source, as the request is automatically re-directed to https.  The OS must adopt this new Edge re-direct policy.  Currently UTM only publishes the wpad.dat on HTTP, as such any HTTPS requests are rejected as there is no SSL on port 8080.

Current workaround is to either disable this new re-direct feature, set a manual proxy, or host the wpad.dat on a https webserver.
