SSL VPN users is not longer includes in filtering option?

In Web filtering log, SSL VPN users are not recognized in the log, the field user is set to "" for unkown reason.

Before UTM v9.711 the filtering option rules worked for ssl VPN when you add a user or group filter,  but now it seem to work intermittently.

Have someone else stumpled over this?

    Does this happen for all SSL VPN users or just selected ones?What if you create a new Web Filtering Profile for just the SSL VPN subnet?
