connection timeout setting

Hello, 
 I am trying to check the connection timeout setting outlined in this article: https://www.astaro.org/gateway-products/web-protection-web-filtering-application-visibility-control/47933-9-006-5-timeout-while-reading-response-server.html I am unable to access this article. 
 Basically what I need to do is increase the timeout. I have a user that downloads orders via an application that is making a HTTP request to a SOAP endpoint. The application is able to download about 50 orders before the connection is dropped. 
 I need the command to check the current timeout setting via SSH, and the command to adjust it if need be.

cc get http response_timeout to make a change, it's just a matter of changing get to set and adding the new value to the end. Default value is 60. 
 
So to double, the command would be: 
cc set http response_timeout 120
