Our SUM License expired, and the URL that we used last time, now takes me to an XG Trial page rather than the page to 'Register SUM and get a license key.' Does anyone have a better link?

Negative. This is where the UTM licenses are.But,SUM licenses (which have been free with registration) are not available in this portal.
Actually they are, as that is where mine is. However, that is for home users, not business users. You would probably have to contact support for your license.

Same problem here.The link for "Register SUM and get a license key" redirect to a page to receive a licence for sophos XG(S)
It could be because the SUM has an EOL now set for Dec 2022. You can contact support and still obtain a license, you don't need a support contract for this.
firstname.lastname@example.org can be tried as well for this license.
