UTM website block message

UTM 9 blocked website as per our define rules but

some time it does not show Sophos block message.

It shows connection failed error message on explore and chrome but after refresh site it shows Sophos blocked message.

I want Sophos block message on browser each time when user brows block category.

Anyone please help me.

    Hi,

    usually means the UTM was unable to contact the reference sites, which implies a network issue.
