Netflix not working when i turn Filter Filtering antivirus on

My netflix gives an error:

Cannot connect to Netflix (3.3)

I have created an exception for Netflix (see below) but it is not working, i have checked all the "SKIP" options (incl. Antivirus)

Does somebody have an idea how to fix this? I have included a piece of logfile below. I apologize for the large logfile. But i don't know what it important.

  • Hi Jason,

Sorry i forgot to mention. It is Android. Samsung s8+ and s6 edge.

    Both fully updated.

  • do you have proxy enabled, either standard or transparent?

I had this problem with transparent for some reason, I had to either switch of the proxy entirely, or add an exception for it (so that it bypasses the proxy for the device or service).
