Cant access Microsoft web page

when i accessing some pages of microsoft it always shows that. I double check the GUI of Sophos UTM 9 but no one blocks that webpage. Someone can help me.? and also I cant use Microsoft 365 because of that error.

Hi Bhelmar,

I'm having the same problem accessing some HTTPS pages. I've just tried to access that Microsoft page from here and it's working.

Maybe you just need to do the same I did: enable the option "Do not proxy HTTPS traffic in transparent mode" in Web Protection -> Web Filtering -> HTTPS

Also, can you do me a favor before you try it? Can you please try to access the SunTrust website in that address? https://onlinebanking.suntrust.com
