Sophos LiveConnect still offline ?!?

sophos liveconnect seems to have massive problems since 2 days. my UTM shows no clients online and liveconnect is offline. 

in the live log it shows:

anyone else got similar problems?

  • Over half of my endpoints are offline (22 endpoints) and I have been for the last 66 days.  I have had a case open with Sophos for four weeks, but when someone contacts me, they are not an endpoint specialist so they simply go in circles.  My case is supposed to be escalated to a level 3 specialists, but maybe they have none of these individuals any more.  Support has really gone from bad to pathetic and apparently this is not an important issue to Sophos.


    So yes - the problem still exists and it appears that Sophos has no intention of resolving it.
