I bought a new Windows tablet which is running Windows 10 Threshold 2. I installed Sophos Endpoint Security and Control but the update procedure isn't successful.

I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software but this changed nothing. I have about 5 more systems with Windows 10 Threshold 2 but all of them are working fine and Endpoint Security and Control was installed before the upgrade to Threshold 2. What does the error "WARN WindowsProxyDiscoveryWrapper::GetProxyForUrl Failed to get the automatic proxy configuration. The error code was 87." mean? I see this error code on the working clients, too. Maybe this isn't the source of this issue.
I use the UTM Home Edition 9.352-6 as HTTP(S) proxy in transparent mode but even if I bypass the proxy for this client I have this issue. On the clients there is the URL http://d3.sophosupd.com/update/cat for updates configured. This URL can be reached by the new tablet - only the FQDN without the path in the URL. It's the same on the other clients where Endpoint Security and Control is working fine.

This forum has a terrible programming! I can't see my comments with the solution. This is independent of the browser I use. Sophos, please reactivate astaro.org, update the forum software and let us work as we did in the past! It's not very helpful for us to do the work again and again and the result isn't visible! I think the software version by using the default installation package of Endpoint Security and Control is too old for Windows 10 Threshold 2. So I tied the following steps:
1. Install Endpoint Security an Control on the new system (full installation package)
2. Stop all services of Endpoint Security and Control and the process ALMon.exe on this system
3. Copy all folders of Endpoint Security and Control from a working client to the new installed one (C:\Program Files\Sophos and C:\ProgramData\Sophos)
4. Restart the new installed system
5. Do a manual update
This solved my issue with unsuccessful updates. Sophos should immediately update the installation package of Endpoint Security and Control!
