A couple of problems have occurred after down loading Windows 10
1.) Sophos updates every 10 minutes.
2.) When attempting to update the internet connection is lost requiring reboot.
3.) Receive Update failed messages.
I have looked at the scan setting and they are grayed out with an administrator access USER and PASSWORD.
I downloaded the software thru my employer and has worked well for years.
